Armand de Brignac Rosé is an elegant and delicious “basket of red fruits” as described by Chef de Cave, Jean-Jacques Cattier. The vibrant rose hue is given from the inclusion of slightly more than 15% of still red wine, harvested from old Pinot Noir vines that produce fruit with great flavor intensity. The current assemblage comprises 50% Pinot Noir, 40% Pinot Meunier and 10% Chardonnay and is a trio of vintages; 2009, 2010 & 2012. Armand De Brignac Brut Rose 750ml
Strawberry, currants and cherry abound on the nose, with floral hints and a touch of sweet almond. The red grape dominance brings a structured palate filled with black fruits, cherries and hints of baked pastry. The Chardonnay brings the lightness and elegance.

Nose: intensely fruity but of course, fine and well-defined bouquet.
Boca: bodied, round, winey and elegant, a grippy mineral freshness and persistent structure. lingering finish. Powerful but pure.

Chivas Regal is a world-famous Scotch blend which was first made in the early 20th century by Chivas Brothers. The company can trace its roots back to 1801, with the opening of a grocers at Number 13 King Street, Aberdeen. Selling luxury food, coffee and spices, it wasn't until half a century later that the company started to make whisky, and then not until post-US Prohibition that Chivas Regal 12 Year Old was first officially released.
